초등 혁신학교 교사가 인식하는 혁신특성요인이 정책수용도에 미치는 영향 분석 = An Analysis on the Effects of Innovative Characteristics Perceived by Teachers in Elementary Innovation Schools on Policy Acceptability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze the effects of innovative characteristics perceived by teachers in elementary innovation schools on policy acceptability. The study targets 179 teachers at 6 public elementary innovation schools in Gwangju Metropolitan city by presenting questionnaires to them. In order to analyze how much the degrees of innovation acceptance by elementary innovation school teachers influence education policy acceptance, we established innovation acceptance factors conceptually and applied multiple regression analysis. The results of this study shows the degrees of innovation acceptance by elementary innovation school teachers are high. In particular, innovation acceptance level with innovation spheres concerning curriculum and classes was high. This demonstrates teachers as the consumers of innovation school education policies regard innovation in the curriculum and classes as the key to innovation school policies. Moreover, adequacy, relative advantage, attempt possibility among innovation acceptance factors showed higher levels of impact on teacher`s acceptance of education policies, in that order, whereas complexity showed to cause negative impact on innovation school education policy acceptance level. This study results imply it is necessary to take efforts for teachers to clearly recognize innovation acceptance factors of relative advantages, adequacy, and attempt possibility of innovation school education policies. It is also necessary to highlight innovation areas of curriculum and classes that show especially high levels of innovation acceptance by innovation school teachers as the key area of innovation school policies.
