예비교사 교육을 위한 e-포트폴리오 시스템 개발 설계기반 연구 = Design-Based Research on the Development of e-Portfolio System for Pre-Service Teachers

The purpose of this study was to design and develop an e-portfolio system for pre-service teachers. For the purpose, this study employed design-based research method. First of all, researcher extracted general characteristics of e-portfolio usage for pre-service teachers to establish the initial framework of the system. Then, she developed the first-round design principles based on the characteristics. The first system with the first-round design principles was developed and implemented in an actual classroom. After the first field study, researcher found a few drawbacks of the system such as lack of specialties of pre-service teacher education, and lack of emphasis on reflection and interaction between pre-service teachers. Based on the results, researcher derived a few design & development principles for the second e-portfolio system. The second system was implemented in the classroom again. Finally developed e-portfolio system for pre-service teachers is unique in that it allows pre-service teachers to design various types of e-portfolios, including test portfolio, it emphasizes on structured reflection by giving contextualized reflection guide, and it provides many ways of interaction to build community of practice for pre-service teachers` professional development. Finally, further research ideas about the aspects of the final e-portfolio system were discussed.
