보건학 전공 대학생의 장애인 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 = The Factors on Acceptable attitudes of health science college students toward People with Disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors on acceptable attitudes of health science college students toward people with disabilities. Based on a sample of 222 health science college student by a purposive sampling. SADP and ATDP-O(Scale of Attitudes for Disabled Persons and Attitudes towards Disabled Persons Scale-Original) were utilized. The collected data were processed using SPSS WIN 21.0. Since the means and the standard deviations were obtained for each group, which showed quantitative differences in the receptive attitudes and perceptions, data were analyzed through a t-test, a one-way ANOVA, and a regression. From the results of the analyses, First, acceptable attitudes toward people with disabilities of health science college students took a positive view. Second, PH domain of health science college students was positive aspects and BM domain was Negative Aspects. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in the perception toward students with disabilities by inclusive education experiences. Based on the results of this study, Specific educational experiences were needed to promote more positive attitudes. the importance of volunteering at institutes and facilities for the disabled should be stressed and disability contact experience was demanded in order to improve the attitude of health science college student toward the disabled.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보건학 전공 대학생의 장애인 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살피는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 유의적 표집법을 통한 222명의 연구대상자의 자료를 설문을 통하여 수집하였다. 장애인에 대한 수용태도를 측정하는 도구는 Antonak(1982)이 개발한 SADP and ATDP-O(Scale of Attitudes for Disabled Persons and Attitudes towards Disabled Persons Scale-Original) 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Window 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도분석, 기술적 통계분석, t-검정, 분산분석, 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보건학 전공 대학생의 장애인 수용태도는 긍정적 경향을 보였다. 둘째, PH(염세주의-절망)영역이 다른 영역에 비해 낮은 평균점수를 보여 장애인의 인간적인 성숙과 도덕심에 우호적인 태도를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 BM(행동오해)영역의 평균이 최고점을 보여, 장애에 대한 행동적 태도가 부정적인 것으로 드러났다. 셋째, 대학생의 장애인 수용태도에 통합교육 경험 변수가 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 장애인에 대한 통합교육 경험을 증대하여 긍정적 태도를 유발하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 장애인에 대한 편견과 부정적 태도와 인식을 개선시키기 위해서는 대학생의 장애인 관련 분야 접촉 경험의 활성화가 요구되어진다.
