여성장애근로자의 특성과 임금 결정요인 = A Study on the Current Situation and the Factors Affecting Wages of the Women Workers with Disabilities in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여성장애근로자의 특성을 파악하고 임금 결정요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 장애인근로자실태조사를 활용하여 이차자료분석을 하였다. 분석대상은 상시근로자 5인 이상 사업체에 근무하고 있는 여성장애근로자 2,187명이며 분석을 위해 빈도분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 빈도분석을 통해 여성장애근로자의 일반적 특성과 근로관련 특성을 파악하였다. 다음으로 다중회귀 분석결과, 장애요인으로는 장애로 인한 작업불편여부가, 인적자본요인 중에서는 나이, 학력, 월 근무시간, 현재 직장 취업 경로, 근속연수가, 노동시장요인으로는 계약형태, 고용상태, 사업체규모가 여성장애근로자의 임금에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여성장애근로자의 근로기회 확대와 임금 향상을 위한 방안을 검토하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the current situation of the women workers with disabilities in korea and identify factors that affect their wages. For this purpose, ‘2005 Survey on the Workers with Disabilities’was used. The subjects for the study are composed of 2,187 fulltime women workers with disabilities at firm size more than 5 persons.
Using frequency analysis. the current situation of the women workers with disabilities was reviewed to general characteristics and working condition. and then using multiple regression analysis. wages was analyzed with disability factors, human capital factors, labor market factors. Among these factors, variables of inconvenience with disability for working, age, education, monthly working hours, course of employment, the length of service, contract type, employment status, firm size have statistically significant effect on the wages. Finally, based on these results several policy implications were presented.
