Since the second world war in the twentieth century all great cities of the world had been covered with mixed mode, the internationalism and people had been in thoroughly devastated cities surrounded with inhumanness and humanism.
Belatedly human being began to beautify the space of cities and decorate rooms to overcome monotonousness of modern buildings and especially they began to decorate life environment and walls of building in which they lived.
There is significance that this trend can provide modern people who are suffering from various pollutions and emotional uneasiness in daily life with comfort and abundant life by offering emotional easiness and esthetic sense coming from appreciating works of arts in urban environment.
There after every institution makes various environmental ornaments by apply 1% bill of buildings.
They make environmental and ceramic ornament on wall of public buildings, financial institution buildings; hospital and department store, and they positively responded for environmental improvement.
This movement is taking place in educational circle, but it has only a little effect and isn't helpful for practical education.
The objectives of this study are as follows ; firstly, we can provide elementary school children and teachers with opportunities that are able to develop artistic talents and sense of beauty. Secondly we can supply them life vitality and enhance recognition for wall decoration.
