청소년 태권도선수가 지각하는 코치-선수관계와 탈진의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과 = Mediating Effects of Ego-Resilience on the Relationships between Perceived Coach-athlete Relationship and Burnout in Adolescent Taekwondo Athletes

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of ego-resilience on the relationships between perceived coach-athlete relationship and burnout in adolescent taekwondo athletes. Participants were 400(255 boys, 145 girls) middle school and high school taekwondo athletes who complete questionnaires to assess their perceptions of coach-athlete relationship, ego-resilience and burnout. A series of data analysis such as descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 program, and structural equation model(SEM) analysis was performed to identify the relations among the latent variables using AMOS 18.0 program. The results of SEM analysis indicated that perceived coach-athlete positively predicted athletes`` ego-resilience. Ego-resilience impact negatively influence on burnout. Finally, ego-resilience fully mediated the relationships between coach-athlete and burnout.
