외국인 화자와의 대화에서 한국인의 의사소통전략 사용 양상 분석 연구: 대화 참여자의 요인에 따른 비교를 중심으로 = A Study on the Analysis of the Use of the Communication Strategy in Korean speakers in the Conversation with Foreign Speakers: Focused on the comparison of the conversation participants factors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2015년 9월 1일부터 2016년 3월 1일까지 수집된 중국인 중·고급 한국어 학습자와 한국어 모어화자의 일상 대화 자료를 2018년 12월 1일부터 14일까지 2주 동안 여러 차례의 청취와 재확인, 재분석함으로써 한국인 모어화자의 의사소통전략 사용 양상을 파악하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 총 8개의 가설을 세우고 대화 참여자의 요인에 따른 전략 사용의 비교를 통해 한국어 모어화자의 전략 사용 특징을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 한국어 모어화자들이 의사소통에 어려움을 겪었을 때 ‘해결 유형’의 전략을 적극 사용하였고, 중국어 학습 경험이 있으면 전략 사용이 더 다양하게 나타났음을 알 수 있다. 또한 중국인 한국어 학습자의 한국어 수준, 한국어 학습 기간, 한국 거주 기간, 그리고 대화 참여자 간의 관계나 친밀도가 한국어 모어화자의 전략 사용에 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다는 것이 검증되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the use of communication strategies of Korean native speakers by listening, reconfirming, and reanalyzing the daily conversations several times during the two weeks from Dec. 1 to 14, 2018, which are based on the data of Chinese korean learners who are at advanced Korean level and Korean native speakers collected from September 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016. In this study, a total of eight hypotheses were established and the characteristics of using the communication strategy of the Korean language speakers were analyzed by comparing the use of strategies based on the factors of the dialogue participants. As a result, the Korean language speakers actively used the solution type strategy they had difficulty communicating in conversation, and he use of strategies by Korean native speakers with experience in Chinese language study was more diverse. And it was confirmed that the Korean language level of Chinese learners, the Korean learning period, the Chinese speaker s stay in Korea, and the relationship or intimacy between participants in dialogue all did not significantly affect the use of Korean native speakers strategies.
