共同住宅團地 住民의 커뮤니티意識에 관한 硏究 : 光州直轄市 Y團地를 中心으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 硏究의 목적은 住居環境의 計劃과 評價의 새로운 방법론을 탐구하기 위해, 도시지역 거주자의 커뮤니티意識을 분석하는 것이다. 旣存 硏究들의 이론적 고찰과 사례조사를 통한 거주자의 태도에 관한 분석을 통하여 커뮤니티意識을 형성하는 3가지 구조적 축을 추출하였는데, 그 첫번째 축은 積極性⇔消極性 軸이며, 두번째 축은 主體的⇔依存的 軸, 그리고 마지막으로 連帶感⇔個我感의 軸이다. 또한 이들 거주자의 커뮤니티意識의 축에 영향을 주는 속성들은 거주기간, 입주전 거주지, 주택의 소유형태, 이웃과의 교제정도, 커뮤니티활동의 참여정도 및 자신이 거주하는 단지에 대한 애착감으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the community consciousness of inhabitants in urban area, in order to look for the new methodology for environmental planning and residential environment evaluation.
By analyzing the inhabitant's attitude, the Authors identified community consciousness by 3 dimensions. One is neigative--posi tive dimension, another is self-reliance--reliance dimension and the other is solidarity--selfish dimension. And attributes influencing these dimensions are length of residential, housing structures, neighborhood, community ctivity, and attachment of their living district.
