신문 사설과 칼럼에 표상된 이벤트 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Through the features of event represented in the editorials and columns of newspaper, results that analyzed social viewpoint to event at which society has stared are as follows. As the contents of news about event in the editorials and columns of newspaper has reflected social and political feature of those periods, there were many articles on sports event due to 2002 Worldcup Soccer Game in 2002, also the focus was on the political event because of 17th General Election and Presidential Election in 2004 and 2007. The results showed that Chosun Ilbo and Joongang Ilbo were concentrated on political issues, while Donga Ilbo`s focus was on the sports and cultural events. In the context of the tone of the press in accordance with the event theme, they`ve showed negative or neutral attitude to the political events, positive or neutral attitude to the sports events, and positive or negative attitude to the cultural events. This means that they reflect the feature of event by its theme and social view point. It was acknowledged that the person who wrote the editorials and columns didn`t fully understand event, so it would be difficult to analyze event by keyword. Also the press and social recognition were not fully mature to the event, there would be limitation to evaluate the social viewpoint comprehensively.
