초등학생의 농촌체험관광 만족 결정요인 연구 = A study on Analyzing the Satisfactory Factors of Rural Experiential Tourism on the Case of Primary School Pupil

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the satisfactory factors and satisfaction on rural experiential tourism for elementary students. This study aims at contributing to the development of rural experiential tourism by seeking for more efficient strategies for the rural tourism as well as by reviewing the relationship between the satisfactory factors and satisfaction. Questionnaires developed to obtain the measures of two latent variables; satisfactory factors and satisfaction. Satisfactory factors was consisted of 4 sub-domains namely physical environment, program, rural culture and amenity. The population of this study was student participants who attended rural experiential tour. Using convenience sampling, 232 participants were asked to respond the survey. Out of 232 data, 224 data were finally used for analysis. The statistical method employed in this study was the Multiple Regression Analysis. The following conclusions were drawn from this study, among satisfactory factors except for amenity physical environment, program and rural culture on rural experiential tourism showed a positive effects on tourist satisfaction. It showed that satisfactory factors are categoried four factors and among satisfactory factors rural culture was found to be an important factor to explain the relationship between satisfactory factors and satisfaction on rural experiential tourism.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 농촌체험관광에 참여한 초등학생의 만족 결정요인에 대하여 분석하였다. 초등학생의 농촌체험관광은 학교 밖 일상 체험활동으로서 학교교육의 연장이라는 점에서 교육적 가치가 높다. 농촌체험관광 만족 결정요인 분석은 초등학생을 대상으로 한 농촌체험 프로그램 개발 및 운영 전략 수립의 준거를 제공하는 의미도 지닌다.
본 연구에서는 농촌체험관광에 참여한 경험이 있는 초등학생을 대상으로, 체험관광시설, 체험관광 프로그램, 농촌문화, 어메니티(amenity) 등 원인변인을 측정하여 결과변인으로서 만족과의 관계를 규명함으로써 농촌체험관광의 전략적 변수를 탐색하였다. 전략적 변수 탐색은 농촌체험관광 서비스품질 만족의 측정보다는 만족 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에 바탕을 두었다.
본 연구에서, 초등학생의 농촌체험관광 만족에 영향을 미치는 4개의 요인이 추출되었다. 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 4개 요인 중에서 체험관광시설, 체험관광 프로그램, 농촌문화 등 3개 요인은 유의하였으나, 어메니티 요인은 유의하지 않았다. 분석결과 유의한 만족요인 중에서 농촌문화체험이 영향을 가장 크게 미치는 변수임 밝혀졌고, 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 먼저, 초등학생의 농촌체험관광 만족의 결정요인을 밝힘으로써 농촌체험관광 프로그램 개발 및 운영 전략수립의 준거가 도출되었다. 둘째, 농촌체험관광에서 어메니티 요소를 어떻게 연계할 것인지에 대한 기본적인 아이디어(ideas)를 얻었다. 셋째, 초등학생이라는 특정 세분시장을 중심으로 조사·분석을 실시함으로써 향후 청소년 및 전체집단과 비교할 수 있는 준거를 제공하였다.
