공업계 고등학교 학생들의 진로의식에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on the Technical High Schooler's Course Consciousness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is about the students' consciousness of their careers in the technical high school so that it can give the direction for the teachers to guide the students in the field of occupation. I searched on from the family back ground of the students and the their motives of entrance to the school, and their consciousness of career, to the plans for the teachers to develop their career guidance
The result is that, first of all, the students account neither their aptitudes , interests nor their future goals The main reason that the students go to the technical school is that they can't afford to study economically and they don't have proper scholastic achievement
As a second, most of the students want to go on to the university and they are short of the awareness of their future goals. It is needed to improve data to guide the students' careers.
Lastly, not only does industrial organization need to exchange information with technical schools , but also to cooperate with the schools for the actual training in a job site.
There is a pressing need for both political support and social changes admitting that students of the technical high shcool would be prospective for this society. In that they are likely to get a job and go to school at the same time, they are needed to get the most proper education for the further step. So that we need to give them a proper data based on the substantial and practiacal resources. It would be accomplished by gradual procedures which might be real help for the students.
