Mobile internet service users are increased as it is various functions of mobile internet service recently. It is possible internet connection by a mobile telephone after voice service was provided in 1980s, and it is the trend that use of data service is increased. Besides, because it is certain that the IMT-2000 service that is next generation mobile communication is provided, the existing mobile communication industry leaders continuously develop mobile internet service.
Therefore, studies for new strategies are necessary because of importance of mobile internet service, saturation state of mobile unit market, and profit problem by deepening competition. But, studies related to mobile internet service are very short. In our country, it has been proceeded study about market trend and development direction and technical side research.
This study has attempted to analyze factors to have an influence on customer satisfaction of mobile internet service users, and relation between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, and indirect effect of factors to influence mobile internet service quality.
The factors to have an influence on customer satisfaction in this study composed of information translation quality, customer service, fee policy, usefulness, easy of use. The analysis results are as follows. The model which proposed in this study has fitness. Factors having the influence on customer satisfaction had indirectly an influence on mobile internet service quality. By analysis result, this study proposed customer satisfaction strategies for continuous growth and development of mobile internet service, and strategic direction for a continuous relationship maintenance with existing customer.
This study can be used as basic data of strategies for activation of mobile internet service. And this study will help a customer satisfaction strategies for the existing customer, continuous relationship maintenance and strategies for relationship expansion.
