지적통계 자료의 문제점과 개선방안 = Several Problems and Suggestions of Cadastral Statistical Annual Report

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research suggested ways of improving several problems after drawing defects by analyzing cadastral statistical annual report investigation ways, contents, expressions etc. In order to search improving ways of several problems, We looked into the past matters by dividing into three parts, compute part, expression part and content part. Based on this analysis, the better ways of the problem has been shown. First, We proposed that it needs to add not only detail contents about research, compute ways and the steps but also compute ways about each categories’s figure. Second, We represented visualization of showing data by using GIS. This method made it reduce the paper that is a text form and attach graphs to let users understand easily. Also, We offered not only statistical data this year but also comparative graphs that can be used when it needs to compare this year’s figure with that of last year. Finally, in the various parts of research and provide statistical categories, we presented necessity of including additional map data(individual cadastral maps, serial cadastral maps, edited cadastral maps) and current state of cadastral non correspondence.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 현재 조사 ᛫ 제공되고 있는 지적통계 자료의 조사 방법, 내용, 표현 등에 관한 것을 종합적으로 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 개선방안의 모색을 위해 사전 문제점의 분석을 크게 조사․산정적 부분, 표현적 부문, 내용적 부문으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이렇게 분석된 내용을 토대로 개선방안을 제시하였다. 개선방안으로 첫째, 조사ㆍ산정 방식과 절차에 대한 구체적인 내용의 수록은 물론 각각의 항목의 수치값에 대한 산정 산식을 추가로 수록할 것을 제안하였다. 둘째, GIS기법 등을 이용하여 제공 자료 표현의 시각화를 제시하였다. 이에 대한 방법으로서는 기존 텍스트 형태의 제공 지면을 줄이고, 그 아래 사용자게 쉽게 알 수 있도록 그래프를 추가할 것을 제시하였다. 또한 당해 연도 통계수치만을 제공하는 것이 아니라 지난년도와 비교가 용이하도록 이에 대한 비교 그래프를 수록할 것을 제시하였다. 끝으로 조사․제공 통계 항목의 다양화 부문에서는 우선적으로 지적정보에서 추가 가능한 도면정보(개별지적도면, 연속지적도면, 편집지적도면)를 추가 수록할 것과 지적불부합지 현황에 대한 것을 수록할 것을 제안하였다. 그리고 지적정보와 밀접한 관련이 있는 토지, 건축물, 지가 정보에 대해서 기존 통계자료로 제공되고 있는 것과 연계하여 추출ㆍ제공할 것을 제시하였다.
