한부모가정 아동의 자기애와 부적응 행동에 미치는 자기심리학적 미술치료 사례 = The Effects of Self Psychological Art Therapy on the Maladjustment Behaviors and the Narcissism of a Boy in the Single Parent Family

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify and analyze the effects of self psychological art therapy on the maladjustment behaviors and the narcissism of a boy in the single parent family. The subject for this study the 6th grade boy in the single parent family was asked a therapy by his home teacher. This program lasted from April, 2007 to September, 2007, once a week for 22 sessions. Research tool is K-CBCL(Korea-Child Behaviors Checklist). The narcissism was analyzed and the maladjustment behaviors was observed. The conclusion of research was as follows; First, as to analysis of NPDS, there was the positive changes on the score. There was the reenaction the mirroring selfobject transference, the idealizing selfobject transference and transmuting internalization on art therapy process. Second, as to analysis of K-CBCL, there was the positive changes on the score. There was the positive improvements on the maladjustment behaviors of children. This result confirmed that self psychological art therapy was effective on the narcissism of a child, transmuting internalization and the maladjustment behaviors through the empathy of therapist and the empathy of patient's work and working process. This study has a problem to generalize, but the following studies through self psychological art therapy were asked to children who has some maladjustment behaviors.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자기심리학적 미술치료가 한부모가정 아동의 자기애와 부적응 행동에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 초등학교 6학년 남학생으로 연구기간은 2007년 4월부터 9월까지였고 S초등학교에서 주 1회 22회기 실시되었다. 자기애 측정을 위해 자기애 분석이 실시되었으며 부적응 행동 측정을 위해 K-CBCL과 부적응 행동 관찰이 담임교사에 의해 실시되었다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 자기심리학적 미술치료가 아동의 자기애의 활성화에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 결과, 치료에 대한 신뢰, 거울 전이, 이상화 전이가 표현되고 자기대상의 내면화가 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 부적응 행동 감소에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 결과, K-CBCL의 검사 상 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며 추후까지 지속되고 있었고, 부적응 행동이 감소되고 지속되는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 자기심리학적 미술치료는 미술작업과 치료자의 공감을 통하여 아동의 자기애를 활성화시키고 변형적 내면화를 이룰 수 있으며 부적응 행동을 감소시키는데 효과적인 접근법이라 사료된다. 본 연구는 개인치료로 일반화하기 어렵지만 단기 치료로서, 단기 치료의 핵심은 치료자와 내담자의 관계이며 이는 자기심리학의 핵심이기도 하다. 따라서 다양한 부적응 행동을 대상으로 단기 자기심리학적 미술치료에 대한 지속적인 연구와 일반화를 위한 연구가 이루어져야 한다고 본다.
