고등학교 특수학급에서의 진로와 직업교육 운영실태 및 개선방안 = A Study on Current Conditions of Career and Vocationl Education in High School Special Classes

This study attempts to verify the current situation and challenges of career and vocational education in special classes in high school and provide implications based on the results. A survey was conducted on special class teachers in high school. The following summarizes the survey results.
First, in the planning and management of career and vocational education courses in high school special classes, vocational evaluation is mainly carried out by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled and the Welfare Center for the Disabled, and the school lacks evaluation guidelines and evaluation tools. In a high school special class, the teacher teaches career, occupational textbooks and supplementary materials, teaches 3 to 4 hours per week, mainly focuses on job evaluation and job skills, and can mainly teach crafts, office assistants, and barista.
Second, on-the-job training is carried out in schools, crafts and barista in the school, daily attendance type, daily participation type, and regular job participation type, and there are overall lack of field training institutions, field practice programs in the community,
Third, in order to improve career and vocational education, in the planning and management of career and vocational education courses, it is necessary to develop manuals for career and vocational education. On-the-job, training It is necessary to develop the practice place and the training program. In cooperation with related organizations, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system with local community organizations and to have a responsible career and vocational education at the Special Education Support Center.
