한국 TV 역사 드라마의 배경음악을 통해 본 음악의 정체성 연구 = 추노, 동이, 해를 품은 달을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This dissertation is written for finding Korean musical elements used in background musics of TV historical dramas, such as <Chuno>, <Dong-Yi>, <The Moon Embracing the Sun>, which were popular in Korea.
While changes of TV historical drama appeared, they led Hallyu(Korean Wave), Korean wave. Now, K-POP and game lead it. Although intense hatred against Korea has increased, Hallyu has overcome it, made various culture contents and spread over the world. In 1990s, trendy dramas with a strong personality appeared. After then, <Daejanggeum> was the center of Hallyu(Korean Wave) because of unique contents. What made this drama a successful example of Hallyu is the fact that this drama included Korean traditional taste, flavor and pleasure. Storytelling forming sympathy has a huge role to make it.
In that drama, musical elements have important roles. People may remind ‘Ohnara(오나라)’ which was one of O.S.T to be sung easily, when thinking this drama. Background music is without doubt important. However, Background music of recent fusion historical dramas like <Chuno>, <Dong-Yi> and <The Moon Embracing the Sun> have not Koreans elements but just Korean tones played by koreans traditional instruments and Chinese tones. In this time when the world shares cultures, music of drama lies on the border between economical value and cultural value. However, It is not easy to overlook these invisible things to make commercial achievement.
Drama music also has value of culture content. In the time of sharing cultures, it is necessary to make identity of Korea using Korean mode, Sigimsae(시김새), rhythm, etc for building powerful culture contents.
