중국 조선족 체육 무형문화유산의 현황분석 및 발전전략 : 길림성 연변주의 사례를 중심으로 = An Analysis of the Current Status and Development Strategies for the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Korean Ethnic Sports in China: A Case Study of Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국문요약
조선족 체육무형문화유산의 보호와 전승은 문화적 다양성을 유지하고 다 문화 이해를 촉진하며 소수민족의 독특한 문화를 계승하는 데 중요한 역할을  한다. 이 연구는 델파이 분석법과 설문조사법을 채택하고 통계분석 방법과  결합하여, 조선족 체육무형문화유산의 발전현황과 전략을 논의하는 것을 목 적으로 하였다. 현대화와 세계화를 배경으로 조선족 체육무형문화유산이 많은 도전에 직 면해 있으며, 관련 정책 지지에도 불구하고 자금 부족과 정책 집행 미흡으로  문화 전승의 추진이 제한되고 있다는 연구결과가 나왔다. 문화 전승 분야에 서 세대 간 전승과 교육 보급이 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 특히 젊은 층의 참여 가 낮고, 혁신적인 계승 모델의 부재가 문화 보급의 폭과 영향력을 제한하고  있다. 자원 확보 분야에서 부지, 시설, 자금의 부족이 주요 문제이며, 자원의  불균등한 분배는 일부 문화 유산 프로젝트를 지속하기 어렵게 만들고 장비 의 노후화와 부지 부족은 개발을 더욱 제한한다. 사회참여 분야에서 조선족  전통체육에 대한 시민의 관심과 참여는 상대적으로 낮으며, 사회참여를 촉진 하기 위한 지역사회와 사회단체의 노력이 부족한 실정이다. 또한 사례연구에 서 그네와 널뛰기 사업은 비교적 높은 참여도를 보였지만, 최근에는 참여자  수 감소와 단일 전승 모델의 도전에직면해 있다. 이 연구는 조선족 체육 무형 문화 유산의 지속 가능한 계승과 발전을 실현 하기 위해서는 여러 분야에서 보장을 강화할 필요가 있다고 결론지었다. 한 편, 정책 지지, 특히 문화 유산의 기본 조건을 보장하기 위해서는 재정 투자, 부지 건설, 계승자 교육 및 정책 집행의 투명성을 더욱 강화할 필요가 있다. 한편, 교육 시스템, 디지털 플랫폼, 소셜 미디어 및 커뮤니티 활동을 통해 조 선족 전통 체육에 대한 사회의 인식과 참여를 높이고 문화 확산을 촉진하며  문화 정체성과 사회 참여를 강화해야 하다. 동시에 자원 배치를 최적화하고, 부서 간 협력을 강화하며, 인프라와 자원 보장의 균형과 합리성을 보장하고, 현대 사회에서 조선족 체육 무형 문화 유산의 효과적인 계승과 지속 가능한  발전을 지지해야 한다. 이 연구는 조선족 체육무형문화유산의 지속가능한 발전을 촉진하고 사회 적 인지도와 참여를 높이는 데 의의가 있다.

ABSTRACT
The protection and transmission of the intangible cultural heritage of Korean ethnic sports in China play a crucial role in maintaining cultural diversity, promoting cross-cultural understanding, and preserving the unique culture of ethnic minorities. This study aims to explore the current status and development strategies of the intangible cultural heritage of Korean ethnic sports in China, focusing on the influencing factors in areas such as policy support, cultural transmission, resource assurance, social participation, and case studies. Taking the Yanbian region as the research object, the study systematically evaluates the development status and challenges from multiple perspectives, including inheritors, managers, and participants. The Delphi method and questionnaire surveys, combined with statistical analysis, were employed to comprehensively reveal the current status of the transmission and development of Korean ethnic sports intangible cultural heritage.
The research results show that the intangible cultural heritage of Korean ethnic sports in China faces many challenges in the context of modernization and globalization. Although relevant policy support exists, the lack of funding and ineffective policy implementation have hindered the progress of cultural transmission. In terms of cultural transmission, difficulties in intergenerational transmission and educational dissemination are evident, particularly with low participation among younger groups. The lack of innovative transmission methods has limited the scope and impact of cultural dissemination. Regarding resource assurance, shortages of venues, facilities, and funding are major issues, with uneven resource distribution making it difficult for some cultural transmission projects to sustain. Aging equipment and insufficient venues further restrict development. In terms of social participation, public attention to and involvement in Korean ethnic traditional sports remain low, especially among younger generations, and community and social organizations have not effectively promoted participation. Furthermore, case studies of swing and Neolttwigi sports show that, although participation is relatively high, recent years have seen a decline in the number of participants, and the transmission models remain too singular.
This study concludes that achieving sustainable transmission and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Korean ethnic sports in China requires strengthening support in multiple areas. On one hand, policy support needs to be enhanced, particularly with increased financial investment, venue construction, training of inheritors, and greater transparency in policy implementation to ensure the basic conditions for cultural transmission. On the other hand, public awareness and participation in Korean ethnic traditional sports should be increased through multiple channels such as the education system, digital platforms, social media, and community activities, to promote cultural dissemination, enhance cultural identity, and boost social engagement. Additionally, resource allocation should be optimized, cross-departmental cooperation should be strengthened, and balanced and reasonable infrastructure and resource assurance should be ensured to support the effective transmission and sustainable development of the intangible cultural heritage of Korean ethnic sports in China in modern society.
This conclusion contributes to a comparative analysis of the protection and transmission status of Korean ethnic sports intangible cultural heritage in China in the context of modernization and globalization and provides important reference points for developing more effective protection policies and transmission strategies in the future. It holds significant value in promoting the sustainable development of Korean ethnic sports intangible cultural heritage and enhancing its public recognition and participation.
