청소년의 우울과 치료경험에 대한 질적연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand deeply about the disease and treatment experiences of adolescent with depression. To achieve this goal, 7 adolescents who were diagnosed with depression and also treated for it were included in the study, and the researcher explored subjective meaning structure about the experience of depression and treatment. In detail, data was collected by in-depth interviews using qualitative research method, and researcher performed categorization analysis and subject analysis. According to the result, six categories and fifteen sub-categories were extracted: 1) The breathless world, 2) Loosing my footing, 3) Reaching the limit of my body and mind which is out of control, 4) Undesirable naming as a melancholiac, 5) Going through with recovery, 6) Getting more effect in relationship than expected. Based on the results of this study, the findings suggest the practical guideline to improve social work interventions for mental health of adolescent.
