서울시 창조계층의 입지특성 = Locational Characteristics of the Creative Class in Seoul

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to investigate the local characteristics of the creative class in an urban area. The results show that the creative class of the city of Seoul is distributed mainly in the central business district, Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu, Yeouido and Hongik Univ. area. It was also found that the distribution of the creative class is more concentrated in Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu compared to the central business district. The Bohemian population is spatially separated from the others by residing independently in Hongik Univ. area, while the creative core and the creative professionals are located in the central business district, Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu.
