부모의 교육수준이 자녀의 학업성취 수준에 영향을 미치는 경로 = A path analysis of parent`s socioeconomic position Influencing on children`s academic achievement

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose of this study is to analysis process which parent`s socioeconomic position influences on children`s academic achievement. The analysis data for this study is a five-year data of Korea Youth Panel Survey. Results demonstrate that parent`s socioeconomic position has a directly influence on children`s academic achievement level. Also parent`s socioeconomic position influences on children`s academic achievement through process varin`le such as parent-children relation, vement life adjustment, and delinquency behavior. Specially, delinquency behavior negatively influence on children`s academic achievement. Finding from this study suggest that welfare policy for children focus on poor children with lower socioeconomic backgrounds. Above all, Following study have to concern about degree to which children from lower socioeconomic backgrounds are systematically disadvantaged in regard to performance at school.
