    A Motive to study this paper is the most important fact of all for deciding the human's behavior In this paper, a study on the technical high school students' entrance motives and course of career decision is proposed. This study wished to research ready basic data so that plan and efficient course guidance that drive entering upon studies of middle school boys that is high school matriculation subject person may be consisted.
    As a result of this study, lacking of the abilities was main reason to enter the technical high school for the students , and when they decide their future goals, they consider ability and aptitude as the most important factors.
    The way that attract middle school students to the technical high school is not only does the technical school change its' imagination but also teachers take counsel with them. The students who are inferior than normal feel low self-assertion ,so that when they make decision to go up to the high school, they tend to follow the teachers' and parents' saying.
    The education for choosing their future purpose, has to be focused on how the students would be satisfied with their jobs and how they choose their proper jobs. Also for the effective career education, it might take long time and hard work to be developed and to take interests from the students.
