민간경비 서비스 이용자의 만족도에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Satisfaction Degree of Private Security Service

The changes in current social values have been monitored such as ambiguity of distinguishing social structure and priority of individualism. Therefore, decreased authority of government and minimized its size increase participation of private-fund in the field of private-security and attribute to improvement in a private-security industry.
Even though increased needs of protection and defense towards one's life and property from various outside risk factors to purpose one's happiness in lifetime, the abilities of defense, safety assurance and maintaining public peace and order have not met the rapid development in insecurity of social psychology. The activity of the private-security industry which is based on fee for service has begun to reduce burden from the insecurity of social psychology and solve problems related to shortness manpower of police.
Focusing on incremental quantity-based the private-security service already has approached to the edge of improvement in the private-security service. In addition, incremental of labor costs and gap between service provider and customer in terms of awareness high quality service become issues in the private-security service in Korea.
This study has applied to the decision making factors for service quality to determine primary factors for service quality to determine primary fcators for increasing the customer satisfaction level and based on the result of the customer satisfaction survey further required factors to increase satisfaction level of customer in the future were discussed.
This study is cosists of five chapters and its contents are as follows ;
Chapter one is the obiective and method of this study,
Chapter two is the basic concept and associated theories for developing the private-security service,
Chapter three is affecting environmental factors for developing the private-security service in Korea.
Chapter four is review the result of the customer satisfaction survey,
Chpter five is overview the decision factors for utilizing the private-security service and idealize assuring quality of the private-security service.
