This study is a qualitative meta-analysis study conducted on the topic of trust between parents and early childhood education institutions in infants and toddlers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the process of change in trust between parents and early childhood education institutions in infants and toddlers in forming trust in parents and early childhood education institutions. did. For this purpose, 72 previous qualitative studies were collected using search terms such as parents, early childhood education institutions, and trust, and 13 final studies were selected for this study according to the research procedures of qualitative meta-analysis. As a result of analyzing the data from the 13 final selections and examining their relevance to the research topic, a qualitative meta-analysis was conducted on the process of change in trust between parents and early childhood education institutions in infancy through 4 upper categories and 16 lower categories. The results of a qualitative meta-analysis study are as follows. First, trust between parents and early childhood education institutions was being formed in a deeper form through the process of preparing afoundation, consolidating the foundation, and solidifying the foundation, similar to building a building. When parents select an early childhood education institution to send their children to, they are influenced by Internet searches, visits to the institution's website, introductions by acquaintances, reputation and word of mouth from other parents, interviews with the institution, and the parents' views on education and teachers. An institution was selected. Among them, the most influential case in choosing an institution was a referral from an acquaintance. In establishing a foundation for trust, stories from experienced parents or acquaintances, and the teacher's appearance and image appeared to be important trust factors. Next, when establishing a foundation of trust, communication and information provision, a smooth system, and teacher professional development appeared to be important factors. And when teachers constantly strive for self-development with passion and expertise in their work, and provide parents with information about their children with expertise, they were able to build parents' trust in the teachers. It was found that after basic trust was built by faithfully following the previous process, the foundation of trust was solidified through children. When parents graduate from or leave the early childhood education institution their child attended, whether the institution valued communication and cooperation with parents and respected and actively accepted parents' opinions, the child's development and growth, the role and influence of teachers, and Trust was formed between the institution and the teachers in terms of safety, protection, and relationships between teachers and children. Second, the foundation of trust between parents and early childhood education institutions was being disrupted by the previous process due to unexpected and unexpected variables. Sometimes, trust was not formed due to teachers' mistakes and lack of smooth communication with parents. Although trust is formed in positive relationships, the trust formed between parents and early childhood education institutions was not continuous, and even within the trust that was formed, variables and crises occurred. To overcome this, we must first establish and maintain regular communication channels between parents and institutions, and explore various ways to involve parents in the educational process. Previous studies have focused on research on the factors that help mothers with infants and toddlers form trust with early childhood education institutions, the reasons for trust being formed, and the formation process. In addition, the content mainly focused on the efforts, work, and attitude of early childhood education institutions and teachers to gain trust from parents. Based on the results obtained in this study, suggestions for future research are as follows. First, research is needed on the methods and efforts parents make to build trust with early childhood education institutions. Second, research on fathers' trust in early childhood education institutions is needed. Third, parents' trust in early childhood education institutions is needed after they graduate from or leave early childhood education institutions. Research on trust is needed.
