완성품 제조업체의 발주 리드타임의 단축이 부품 공급업체의 기업성과에 미치는 영향 = Effect of the Shorten of Ordering Lead Time by Manufacturers of Finished Goods on the Corporate Performance of Parts Suppliers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was aimed at A company, a Korean electronics company, and its parts suppliers, and research was conducted to determine how parts supplies were affected by instructions regarding acceleration of variation in placing an order, which is being applied to improve the performance of the overall supply chain management by A company, and what kind of corporate performance resulted from this change. As an independent variable of the study, the study used demand forecasting and confirmed received orders. Also concerning the flexible handling system as a parameter, the study used flexibility of material supply and flexibility of production. In addition, the study used process innovation as a control variable and financial performance and customer satisfaction performance as corporate performance. The study conducted research on these variables. As a result of testing the hypotheses, acceleration was discovered to have a positive (+) effect on the flexible handling system. Then, mainly confirmed fixed orders affected the flexible handling system significantly, and the flexible handling system had a positive (+) effect on corporate performance. Also, it was found to play a mediating role between the acceleration of change in placing an order and corporate performance; however, process innovation was proven not to play a role as a control variable between the flexible handling system and corporate performance.
