기업의 장애인고용 결정요인에 대한 연구 = Study on the employment determinants of disabled people in companies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has been conducted in order to analyze employment determinants for thedisabled in companies, and draw a practical plan which facilitates employment of disabledpeople based on that result. Data from the 2012 Survey on the Employment Status of theDisabled in Business are utilized, and logistic regression is used to analyze the data.
The outcomes of the study unfold as follows:First, job factors of a company effect employment of the disabled. Also, disabilityemployment policies and systems influence employment. Disability awarenessdemonstrates itself to be one employment determinant as well.
Based on those outcomes, the following action plans can be proposed:First, a pertinent political approach for each company considering size and a mandatoryemployment rate is required. Furthermore, PR based on diversity needs to be utilized andaccessibility to politics is to be improved. In addition, disability awareness programs andmaterials need to be developed for companies. Finally, development of various jobs andtheir applications must be endeavored.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 기업이 장애인고용을 결정하는데 있어서 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 미치는지를분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 장애인의 고용을 높일 수 있는 실천적 방안들을 도출하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 노동부와 장애인고용공단이 실시한 ‘2012년 기업체 장애인고용실태조사’ 자료를 활용하였으며 자료의 분석에는 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 사업체의 직무요인, 장애인고용관련 정책 및 제도, 장애인에 대한 인식이 기업의 장애인고용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 근거로 하여 사업주에 대한 차별화된 정책적 접근의 필요, 정책에 대한 접근성을 높이는방안, 기업의 장애인 인식개선을 위한 기회 확대, 다양한 직무개발 및 확산 등 기업의 장애인고용을 높일 수 있는 실천적 방안을 도출하였다.
