델파이기법을 활용한 완화의료 전문인력 교육과정 평가지표 개발 = Development of Evaluation Indicators on Hospice and Palliative Care Curriculum Using Delphi Methods

Hospice and palliative care(HPC) is a public health approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families facing the problems associated with life-threatening illness through physical, psychosocial and spiritual care. As the importance of training for HPC professionals is increasing with the systemization of HPC in Korea, the social needs for quality control of the professional training is growing. The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation indicators on HPC curriculum but also to test its content validity. This study, an invented theoretic model, combining Stufflebeam`s CIPP (Context- Input- Process- Product) evaluation model with PRECEDE-PROCEED model was used as a framework to develop evaluation indicators. Initially, 51 evaluation indicators, composed of 4 areas and 16 sub categories, were developed through the comprehensive review of literatures related to HPC training. 2 rounds delphi method was carried out to verify content validity with the initial indicators by the 22 experts. As the result, finally 61 indicators were developed, composed of 4 areas and 13 sub categories.
