초등학교 운동회 프로그램의 실태 분석 및 개선 방향 탐색

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 운동회 프로그램의 실태를 분석하고 운동회 프로그램의 개선 방향을 탐색하는데 있다.
연구 대상은 서울시내 소재 초등학교 55개교이었으며, 운동회 프로그램과 운동회에 관한 교사들의 의견을 수집하기 위해서 해당 학교의 체육부장에게 전화 및 공문을 통해 협조 요청을 한 후, 방문, 우편, 전송, 전자우편 등의 방법으로 자료를 수집하였다.
수집된 자료는 설문지의 경우 초등학교 운동회의 실태와 교사 인식을 분석하였고, 운동회 프로그램의 경우 운동회 개최 현황, 운동회 목표, 운동회 프로그램 내용 유형, 운동회 형태 등으로 분류하여 내용을 분석하고, 빈도는 백분율로 처리하였다.
이상과 같은 연구 목적과 절차에 의해 수집된 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
바람직한 초등학교 운동회 프로그램 구성을 위해서는 다음과 같은 사항들을 고려해야 한다.
첫째, 운동회 계획을 수립할 때 운동회 실무 담당자의 의견을 적극 수렴해야 한다.
둘째, 운동회 방향 및 목표를 설정할 때 학생들의 협동심, 인성, 개인적 성취감 함양 등을 고려해야 한다.
셋째, 운동회 유형은 열린 운동회, 경기·발표형 운동회, 혼합 절충형 운동회 중에서 선정한다.
넷째, 운동회 프로그램은 학생들의 참여율을 높이고 수업 결손을 최소화 할 수 있는 것으로 선정한다.
다섯째, 운동회 사용 도구 제작 및 수집을 위해 적절한 인력, 예산, 시간을 배정한다.
여섯째, 운동회 진행을 할 때 운동회 진행자와 보조 진행자들간의 적절한 업무 분배와 긴밀한 협조 체제를 구축한다.
일곱째, 운동회 평가에서는 운동회 프로그램의 장단점, 개선해야 할 점등을 파악한다.
여덟째, 운동회 평가 결과를 기록으로 정리하여 활용한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze of elementary school athletic meeting program and to suggest propositions in that program.
The subjects of this study are 55 elementary schools in Seoul. After asking for help through official documents and callings to collect information about that program, we had ways to get data on this study like these : visitings, spending mails and e-mails. Through question papers, the propositions of elementary school athletic meeting program were analyzed and propositions in that program were suggested
Elementary school athletic meeting program was classified into the present holding condition, the goals, types of that program, forms. And then that data was analyzed and treated the frequency with percentage.
The results are as follows.
In order to be constructed well,
(1) It needs to be received opinions of the person in charge in a positive light, when we make a plan of athletic meeting program.
(2) When we establish directions and goals, it is considered cultivation of accomplishment, character, a cooperative spirit of student.
(3) We must make a selection one type of these : opened, a contest expression or mixed-compromised type.
(4) It needs to be made a selection that the way of the progress is to improve a rate of the participation and to reduce a loss of lessons to the minimum.
(5) Human power, an appropriation, hours are assigned to collect and manufacture instrument.
(6) While holding a athletic meeting, it needs to be constructed the cooperation system and work responsibility division between program directors and assistants.
(7) When we make an evaluation of elementary school athletic meeting program, advantages, disadvantages and improvements are dealt with.
(8) It needs to be kept a record that evaluation result and make use that in next athletic meetings.
