학교장의 변혁적 리더십이 학교조직몰입에 미치는 영향 = The Influences of Transformational Leadership as a School Principal on Organizational Commitment to School

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the influences of a school principal with transformational leadership style on the organizational commitment through empirical analysis. In order to achieve such research purpose, the following problems were set and the surveys were performed accordingly. First, the principal`s transformational leadership will give positive effect on loyalty. Second, the principal`s transformational leadership will give positive effects on autonomy. Third, the principal`s transformational leadership will give positive effects on value acceptance. The targets for the surveys were set to 60 middle school teachers in Seoul. On the collected data were performed feasibility analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 20.0. As a result of performing regression analysis by setting sub-factors with individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation as independent variables, and with school organizational commitment as a dependent variable, first, among the transformational leadership variables, individualized consideration and inspirational motivation have an influencd on teacher`s loyalty not intellectual stimulation. Second, individualized consideration and inspirational motivation influenced spontaneity, not intellectual stimulation. Lastly, individualized consideration and inspirational motivation influenced value acceptance, not intellectual stimulation.
