The purpose of this study is to find factors that affect the academic performance of university students and to suggest ways to improve the academic performance of university students. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the following questions were examined;
1. Which factors are influencing an Early Admission student's academy achievement?
1-1. What are the individual's characteristics that affect the academic achievement?
1-2. When you control individual's characteristics, What are admission characteristics that affect the academic achievement?
1-3. When you control the individual's and admission characteristics, What are College Characteristics that affect the academic achievement?
2. Which factors are influencing a regular admission student's academy achievement?
2-1. What are the individual's characteristics affect the academic achievement?

2-3. When you control the individual's and admission characteristics, which College Characteristics are affecting the academic achievement?
This study is carried out to 21,298 students from 'A' National University. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, logistic regression and multiple regression, by Stata 14
The conclusion drawn from the main results of this study are as follows: First, the variables of grade, sex, and college used as personal variables were found to affect academic achievement. In the case of the grade, the academic achievement increased as the grade increased, and in the case of the sex, the female students showed higher academic achievement than male students.
Second, among the characteristics of admission, admission scores showed the greatest effect on academic achievement. In order to improve the quality of education by managing students' academic achievement, it is necessary to select and manage excellent students.
Third, the scholarship was the most influential variable in the research, and the credit score and the course evaluation score also had a significant effect on academic achievement. Therefore, considering the student's scholarship, it could increase the academic motivation.
The significance drawn from the main results of this study are as follows:
First, an objective data managed by the university was used to analyze the factors affecting academic achievement. Second, this study established basic data for managing and improving the quality of education.
