혼합형 교육훈련 설계와 현업적용의 관계 및 성찰의 매개효과 = A Mixed Training Program Design and Training Transfer, and the Mediating Effect of Reflexivity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a mixed training program design on training transfer and the indirect effect through reflexivity. A mixed training program design refers to composing education and training contents with a pre-prepared knowledge system, combining the training methods in which trainees participate in learning activities. This study targets civil servants at the 6 months full-time immersion training course at the local Office of Education. The results show that a mixed training program design is effective in transferring training to the field. In addition, such training design provides an experience to reflect on the thinking frame and perspective embodied through long work experience, to challenge the existing routine, and to lead reflective practice.
