태권도 지도자의 변혁적 , 거래적 리더십과 선수만족, 운동몰입 및 운동지속의도의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was aimed at inquiring into the effect of transactional & reformative leadership of a taekowndo coach on a player`s continuous intention of doing athletics[taekwondo]. This research set taekwondo players as its study subjects and used a questionnaire as a survey tool. This research used a valid sample of a total of 400 copies after collecting a total of 440 copies of questionnaires through convenience sampling method. data processing. In addition, this research used SPSS 15.0 for data processing, and conducted Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis at a level of p<.05. for hypothesis test. The research results are as follows: First, both transactional and reformative leadership of a coach was found to have a significant effect on a player`s satisfaction. Second, both transactional and reformative leadership of a coach was found to have a significant effect on a player`s immersion in doing athletics. Third, both transactional and reformative leadership of a coach was found to have a significant effect on a player`s continuous intention of doing athletics. Fourth, a player`s satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on his continuous intention of doing athletics. Fifth, immersion in doing athletics was found to have a significant effect on a player`s continuous intention of doing athletics.
