대학생의 셀프리더십이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 : 네트워킹행동 조절효과 = The Effect of Undergraduate’ Self-Leadership On Entrepreneurial Intention : Focused On Networking Behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청년 실업의 대안으로 대학생의 창업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 창업의지를 향상시킬 수 있는 개인의 특성으로서 스스로의 행동과 사고를 통제 함으로써 더 높은 결과를 창출하는 것을 목표로 하는 셀프리더십의 효과를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 셀프리더십과 창업의지 관계에서 네트워킹행동의 조절 효과를 확인하 고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울소재 3개 대학의 재학생 289명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 셀프리더십의 행동전략, 인지전략이 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 네트워킹행동은 셀프리 더십의 행동전략 및 인지전략과의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타냈다. 창업의지가 창업의 선행요소임을 고려할 때 창업자의 리더십으로서 셀프리더십을 키울 필요가 있다. 앞으로 대학생을 위한 창업관련 교육에 셀프리더십 및 네트워킹행동 모듈을 추가하여 적극적인 기회제공 및 지원이 필요하다고 제안한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As an alternative to youth unemployment, interest in the start-up of college students is increasing. We would like to understand the effect of self-leadership, which aims to create higher results by controlling myself as a characteristic of individuals what can improve their will to start a business. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether networking behaviors have a moderating effect between self - leadership and entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, it is found that the sub– strategies of self–leadership, such as behavioral strategy, natural compensation strategy, and constructive thinking strategy have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Second, networking behaviors showed a moderating effect between self–leadership behavioral strategies and constructive thinking strategies. But, the moderating effect on the natural compensation strategy was not significant. When we consider that entrepreneurial intention is the first step of starting a business, we can confirm that we need to strategically cultivate self–leadership as a founder’s leadership. Also, start-up has difficulties that can not be solved only by the characteristics and efforts of individuals. However, we learned that networking behavior can improve to entrepreneurial intention. In the future, self-leadership and networking behavioral modules should be added to entrepreneurship education for college students in order to balance internal and external competencies. This study suggests that active support is needed to prepare for start-up.
