대학생의 사회부과적 완벽주의와 신체화의 관계에서 자기자비와 정서표현양가성의 순차적 매개효과 = The Sequential Mediation Effects of Self-Compassion and Ambivalence Over Emotional Expression on the Relationship Between Socially Prescribed Perfectionism and Somatization Among University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 사회부과적 완벽주의와 신체화의 관계에서 자기자비와 정서표현양가성의 역할을 확인하는 데 연구 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 440명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 25.0 및 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인 간 관계를 분석한 결과, 사회부과적 완벽주의는 정서표현양가성과 신체화와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 자기자비와는 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 또한 정서표현양가성과 신체화는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 자기자비는 정서표현양가성과 신체화와 각각 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 사회부과적 완벽주의와 신체화의 관계에서 자기자비의 부분 매개효과가 유의하였다. 셋째, 사회부과적 완벽주의와 신체화의 관계에서 정서표현양가성의 부분 매개효과가 유의하였다.넷째, 사회부과적 완벽주의가 자기자비와 정서표현양가성을 경유하여 신체화에 영향을 미치는 순차적 매개효과가 유의하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하고 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the roles of self-compassion and ambivalence over emotional expression in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and somatization among university students. Data were collected from 440 university students and analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and the SPSS PROCESS macro 4.0.
The results of the study are as follows:
First, correlation analysis among the major variables revealed that socially prescribed perfectionism was significantly positively correlated with ambivalence over emotional expression and somatization, and significantly negatively correlated with self-compassion. In addition, ambivalence over emotional expression was significantly positively correlated with somatization, while self-compassion was significantly negatively correlated with both ambivalence over emotional expression and somatization.
Second, self-compassion was found to have a significant partial mediating effect in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and somatization.
Third, ambivalence over emotional expression also showed a significant partial mediating effect in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and somatization.
Fourth, a significant sequential mediating effect was found, indicating that socially prescribed perfectionism influences somatization through self-compassion and ambivalence over emotional expression in sequence.
Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed, and suggestions for future research were presented.
