노인의 여가동기 유형에 따른 여가제약 차이 연구 = A Study on the Difference of Leisure Restriction by the Leisure Motivation of the Aged

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study attempted to establish a theoretical foundation through preceding studies and to examine the difference of leisure restriction by the leisure motivation of the aged. For this purpose, the preliminary study was carried out between Feb. 1, 2014 and Feb. 15, 2014 to the aged in Daejeon. 30 questionnaire survey sheets were distributed. Based on the preliminary survey, the main survey was carried out between Mar.1, 2014 to Mar. 31, 2014. The survey employed a random sampling method to the aged in Daejeon as the population. 400 sheets were distribute and 365 were collected (collection rate: 91.25%). Except for unfaithful answers, total 325 sheets were used for final analysis. Before verifying hypothesis, the preliminary analyses were carried out on leisure motivation and leisure restriction as inquiry factor analysis. As a result of leisure motivation factor analysis, 4 factors were extracted including relation reinforcement motivation, self-development motivation, personal activity motivation and learning activity motivation. And as a result of factor analysis on leisure restriction, total 4 factors were extracted including intrinsic restriction, structural restriction, interpersonal restriction and surrounding awareness restriction. As a result of analysis, there were differences in leisure restriction by the types of leisure motivation. Accordingly, the hypothesis suggested based on theoretical foundation of preceding studies was adopted. The study suggested a policy direction for leisure improvement of the aged arguing that the improvement of quality of life of the age in the aging society improved the quality of life of whole members of the community as well as the aged.
