지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 성찰적 실천 척도의 요인구조와 타당도에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Validity of Reflective Practice Scale Among Social Workers on Community Welfare Centers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성찰적 실천 모형의 개념화와 관련한 요인구조를 파악하여 성찰적 실천척도의 타당성을 탐색적으로 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 부산지역 사회복지관협회에 등록되어 있는 복지관에서 근무하는 사회복지사 430명의 설문 응답자료를 활용하였다. 209명의 응답 자료에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과 2개의 하위요인 구조로 나타났다. 221명의 응답자료에 대해 확인적 요인분석을 통한 요인구조의 구성타당도와 수렴타당도, 판별타당도를 확인하였다. 또한 성찰적 실천 척도와 성찰적 사고 척도와의 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해, 성찰적 실천 척도의 활용에 대한 연구의 의의와 향후 과제에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the validity of the scale by identifying the factor structure related to reflective practice in social work fields. The questionnaire responses of 430 social workers who affiliated with community welfare centers registered with the Busan Regional Social Welfare Community Center Association were used. An exploratory factor analysis was performed on using the data of 209 respondents, and as a result of the analysis, two sub factor structures were identified. In addition, the construct, convergence, and discriminant validity of the data of 221 people through confirmatory factor analysis. It was found that there was a significant correlation between the reflective practice scale and the reflective thinking scale. Through this, the significance of the study on the use of the reflective practice scale and future studies were discussed.
