이야기치료 기법을 활용한 자기서사 탐색과 치료 -우울증 진단을 받은 중년여성을 사례로- = Epic of Self Investigation and Treatment by Utilizing Narrative Therapy Techniques -For Instance Middle-aged Women diagnosed with Depression-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is by investigating for epic of self using narrative therapy techniques, and formatting a distorted epic of self to a positive process. This paper introduce the case progressed 10 times, Clinical candidate is the diagnosed with depression women utilizing Hwa-Sung wellfare center. An investigator applies a narrative therapy techniques in order to realize the client story to epic of work. Relationship formatting stage expresses the whole story of the client, have the client form their own story. Externalization of the problem stage is investigating the epic of children, epic of couple, epic of parent, epic of husband and wife, and able to see unsolved and inherited feelings of the client. By naming the matter, the client’s problem story separated from the client, getting out of recognition that the problem is client``s fault and formatting the independent epic of self. The stage of making alternative solves the story inherited negative epic of self to positive epic of self by writing an autobiography. The significance of this paper is utilizing narrative therapy techniques for epic of self investigation, the middle-aged women is relieved depression in this process. The result backs up Client``s depression figure(CES-D,2001) pre-test 30 point is declined to post-test 15point.
