집단미술치료가 장애인의 장애수용, 직업탐색효능감에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Group Art Therapy Program on Acceptance of Disability and Efficacy in Job Exploration for the Person with Severely Disability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 집단미술치료프로그램이 기술훈련을 받고 있는 중증 장애인의 장애수용 및 직업탐색효능감에 미치는 효과를 하기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상은 대구광역시의 D직업능력개발원에서 훈련을 받는 장애인으로 실험집단과 통제집단은 각 17명씩 구성하였으며, 2010년 6월 1일부터 10월 28일까지 주 1회 매 120분, 총 16회기에 걸쳐 집단미술치료를 실시하였으며, 장애수용 및 자기탐색, 구직활동 및 구직준비, 사회적 관계 형성 및 희망이라는 3단계로 진행하였다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위한 연구 도구는 장애 수용척도와 직업탐색효능감척도이며, 사전 사후검사를 실시하였다. 연구 문제를 검증하기위하여 조사된 자료의 처리는 SPSS WIN 17.0 프로그램을 사용하여 대응표본 t-test로 실시하여 사전ㆍ사후를 분석하였다.
연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 집단미술치료가 중증장애인의 장애수용에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전체 장애수용 점수가 긍정적으로 변화하였으며, 하위영역 중 가치영역의 확대, 신체적 조건의 수용영역에서 유의미한변화가 있었다.
둘째, 중증 장애인에 대한 집단미술치료가 직업훈련을 받고 있는 장애인의 직업탐색 효능감이 치료전보다 치료후 높아짐을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to help improvement in effect of
occupational training for the person with severely disability by testing effects of group art therapy program on acceptance of disability and efficacy in job exploration for the person with severely disabilities The subjects were the person with disabilities being trained in D Vocational Competency Development Center in Daegu Metropolitan City. The experimental group and control group were composed of 17 persons in each group, total of 34. Group art therapy program was conducted once a week, total of 16 sessions for 120 minutes each session from June 1, 2010 till October 28. As a tool to test effect of the program, acceptance of disability and efficacy in job exploration was conducted, and pre- and post-test were carried out. Collected data were analyzed with paired sample t-test using SPSS WIN 17.0 to testify study issues.
The results of the study are as follows;
First, it was revealed that the program was effective, because their acceptance of their disability became higher after their group art therapy. it was revealed that the group art therapy for them was significant in enlargement of their value area and acceptance of their physical condition among the sub-factors of acceptance of their disability
Second, it was revealed that the program was effective, because their satisfaction in job-seeking became higher after their group art therapy.
it was revealed that the group art therapy for them was significant in enlargement of their value area and in efficacy of job preparation, and job-seeking activity among the sub-factors of efficacy of job-seeking; This study implies that this art therapy program for the with severely disability adults can be adapted at the site because the efficacy of this program was testified through their vocational training by improving their satisfaction in job-seeking as well as accepting their disability.
