진로교사의 지원, 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동과 중학생의 진로성숙도 간의 구조적 관계 규명 = The Structural Relationship among Career teacher's support, Satisfaction on career education, Career decision-making self-efficacy, Career preparation behavior, and Career maturity in Middle school students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 진로교사의 지원, 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동과 진로성숙도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2013년 1학기에 진로교육을 실시한 S 중학교 1학년 학생 172명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 구조방정식 모델링 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증한 결과 첫째, 진로교사의 지원이 진로교육 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로교육 만족도가 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로교사의 지원, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동이 진로성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 진로교사의 지원은 진로성숙도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 못했지만 간접효과를 보였으며, 진로교육 만족도가 진로교사의 지원과 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로교사의 지원과 진로성숙도 간의 관계를, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로교육 만족도와 진로준비행동, 진로교육 만족도와 진로성숙도 간의 관계를, 진로준비행동은 진로교사의 지원과 진로성숙도, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로성숙도 간의 관계를 매개하고 있음이 추가적으로 검증되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among career teacher's support, satisfaction on career education, career decision-making self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, and career maturity in Middle school students. 172 students of the S middle school participated in the study.
The results of the structural equation modeling analysis are as follows: First, career teacher's support significantly affects satisfaction on career education. Second, satisfaction on career education significantly affects career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, career teacher's support and career decision-making self-efficacy significantly affect career preparation behavior. Forth, satisfaction on career education, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior significantly affect career maturity. In addition, the results indicate that career teacher's support has indirect effect on career maturity; that satisfaction on career education mediated between career teacher's support and career decision-making self-efficacy and between career teacher's support and career maturity; that career decision-making self-efficacy mediated between satisfaction on career education and career preparation behavior and between satisfaction on career education and career maturity; and that career preparation behavior mediated between career teacher's support and career maturity and between career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity.
