There are various forms of expressing the will of the speaker in Korean morphological expressions. And even with similar grammar, the meaning expressed will be different in different situations, while there are fewer expressions of will in Chinese and the meaning and usage are simpler. Therefore, those Chinese who learn Korean are easy to make some mistakes when using will expressions. In this paper, the article will take the expression of will in Korean morphological expression as the research object, and organize the educational content and try to find educational methods.
The ‘expression of will’ has a strong ‘will’ degree and meets three requirements: the decision or the determination, the spontaneity of the action subject, and the transfer to the action. The expressions of ‘-겠다’, ‘-(으)ㄹ 것이다’, ‘-(으)ㄹ게’ and ‘-(으)ㄹ래’ are often mentioned in previous studies. The use of ‘-고 말겠다’ and ‘-아/어야지’ are commonly used in everyday life, and the use of ‘-(으)리라’ and ‘-(으)ㄹ 터이다(테야)’ which appear in reading are also selected as subjects of education and research.
First, in order to reduce grammatical instructions and to make the learners understand better, the use of ‘-겠다’, ‘-(으)ㄹ 것이다’, ‘-(으)ㄹ게’, ‘-(으)ㄹ래’, ‘-아/어야지’, ‘-고 말겠다’, ‘-(으)리라’ and ‘-(으)ㄹ 터이다(테야)’ are organized in terms of form, meaning, meaning and example. The grammar of ‘-고 말겠다’ is mainly organized around the use of 'strengthening will'.
Next, this paper analyzes the comprehensive textbook ‘Yonsei Korean Language 1-6’ and the functional textbook ‘Full Mastery of TOPIK Grammar’ compiled by Huadong University of Science and Technology. The precautions for the composition of educational content are summarized, and the forms, meanings, constraints, and usage that have been summarized so far are reorganized into educational content that expresses the will in Korean.
Finally, based on the grammar translation method and the method of teaching communication activities, we will prepared an educational plan to express the will in Korean using play and role play activities and presented a plan for the four classes.
What this paper wants to emphasize is that if all the examples in the textbook are translated into the same Chinese, students may be confused by subtle differences, so we will provide corresponding Chinese examples considering the degree of will and grammatical constraints. In particular, when learners learn Korean for the first time, they do not have a sense of Korean, so if they explain it in more detail in Korean, they may not be able to distinguish it. Therefore, it is better to explain the grammar in the correct Chinese. Second, many textbooks explain grammar only through examples, and students cannot learn grammar on their own without a teacher's explanation, so when interpreting grammar, briefly define grammar usage and provide examples. Third, when educating expressions of will, learners need to review the usage of expressions of will that they have learned so far and compare them with new expressions of will to lead students to find commonalities and differences. Fourth, mechanical practice of making sentences in the practice section is important, but it is also important to learn grammar usage more interestingly through practice activities such as games and role plays.
