      The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of police officers social characteristics on career satisfaction. Organizational support as a social characteristic, and work - family conflict. First, reliability analysis was conducted. Second, correlation analysis was conducted. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect of social characteristics on career satisfaction for hypothesis testing. The results showed that organizational sponsor perception and work - family conflict had a statistically significant effect on career satisfaction at a significance level of 0.00. In this study, based on the results of this study, suggestions are suggested in relation to the influence of the police officers on career satisfaction considering social characteristics. In other words,
      First, strengthening awareness of organizational sponsorship in police organization can improve satisfaction of career and intention to maintain career. To this end, it is necessary to improve the instrumental support rather than the emotional support of the organization. Second, in order to resolve conflicts at home and workplace, it is necessary to resolve practical conflicts such as relieving mistakes, arranging appropriate personnel, and various education programs for job involvement.
