우리나라의 賞與金制度에 관한 實證的 硏究 : 全南地方 企業을 中心으로 = (A) study on empirical research of the bonus plan in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The bonus plan of our country is applied for a field under the firm foundation according to the wage system of each enterprise.
Here on this thesis we should do with the country of the bonus plan and the background in processing or its tendency, and then study the documentary record at the current situation through the statitic data.
We are intending to empirical research as to the degree of satisfaction of the employee, the trouble point and it's betterment by dint of the approach of the real testing method.
As following : the content of the overrall questionning steet.
1. The recognition about the bonus plan.
2. The policy of the betterment about the ratio in paying the bonus and the degree of satisfation.
3. It's paying issues.
4. It's paying method.
5. The overrall better view about the bonus plan.
I collected to analyze 210 in number among the total 300 issues sheets including 50 ones in each through the six optional selected companies in chonnam province. (the chonnam branch situated in the main company in seoul)
