CCTV 설치에 대한 교사, 부모 인식 및 교사-유아 상호작용 연구 = Study on Parents' and Teachers' Recognition of CCTV Installation and on Teacher-child Interaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 CCTV 설치에 대한 교사, 부모 인식 및 교사-유아 상호작용 연구를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었으며, 그에 따른 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, CCTV 설치에 대한 교사, 부모 인식은 어떠한가?
둘째, CCTV 설치와 교사-유아 간의 상호작용은 어떠한가?
본 연구의 대상은 P시, G시, U시에 소재한 유아교육기관에 유아를 보내고 있는 학부모 250명과 P시, G시, U시에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무하고 있는 유아교사 200명을 대상으로 학부모용 설문지 250부와 교사용 설문지 200부, 총 350부를 배부하여 학부모용 203부와 교사용 178부를 회수하여 총 286부를 분석에 사용하였다.
본 연구에서 사용한 도구는 서울형 어린이집 CCTV 및 IPTV 운영 실태 및 활용방안을 조사한 정현옥(2011)의 연구에서 사용한 질문지를 본 연구의 주제에 맞게 유아교육전문가 3인의 검토에 의해 수정하여 사용하였다. CCTV 설치와 교사-유아 상호작용 평가척도는 이정숙(2003)이 수정ㆍ보완한 것을 사용하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 21.0v 프로그램을 사용하였고, 자료 분석 방법으로 빈도분석, 기술통계, 교차분석의 카이검정과 독립표본 t-test, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫 번째, CCTV 설치에 대한 교사, 부모인식은 유아교육기관 CCTV 설치의 필요성과 설치에 대한 만족도는 교사와 학부모 유의한 인식차이를 보여주었다.
두 번째, CCTV 설치가 교사-유아 간의 상호작용 연구 결과는 CCTV 설치 후 상호작용이 잘 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났고 정서적 상호작용이 가장 높게 나타났다.
본 연구의 결과 CCTV 설치에 대한 교사와 부모의 인식은 긍정적이었으나 CCTV 설치가 안심보육과 관련하여 유아와 교사의 사생활과 인권침해가 어느 정도 용인 될 수 있다는 인식에서는 학부모와 교사의 인식은 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. CCTV 설치로 교사와 부모가 서로 믿고 만족할 수 있는 유아기관이 될 수 있도록 노력하며 교사와 유아 간의 상호작용의 질을 한층 더 높일 수 있는 기회가 되도록 하여야겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to investigate parents' and teachers' recognition of CCTV installation and teacher-child interaction, and research problems are as follows.
First, what is parents' and teachers' recognition of CCTV installation?
Second, what is teacher-child interaction of CCTV installation?
The study was made on 250 parents who sent their children to education institutions in Pohang, Gyeongju, and Ulsan as well as 200 children teachers who worked at children education institutions in Pohang, Gyeongju, and Ulsan; total 350 questionnaires of 250 questionnaires for parents and 200 questionnaires for teachers were distributed; and, total 286 questionnaires of 203 questionnaires for parents and 178 questionnaires for teachers were collected analysis.
With respect to a tool for this study, questionnaires used for the research of Jeong, Hyeon Ok (2011) who investigated operation status and utilization way of the Seoul-type nursery school CCTV and IPTV was used after revision by 3 experts of early childhood education pursuant to the subject of this study. SPSS WIN 21.0v program was used for statistical processing, and with respect to data analysis method, frequency analysis, descriptive statistic, chi-test of cross analysis, independent sample t-test, and reliability analysis were performed.
Following is summary of the study;
First, as for parents' and teachers' recognition of CCTV installation, necessity of satisfaction of CCTV installation showed significant difference in recognition between parents and teachers.
Second, as for result of research on teacher-child interaction of CCTV installation, it was found that their interaction was good after CCTV installation and that emotional interaction was the highest one.
According to result of this study, parents' and teachers' recognition of CCTV installation was positive but there was a significant difference in recognition between parents and teachers from the standpoint that privacy and human right infringement due to CCTV installation may be accepted to a certain degree in connection with secured child-care. It is required to make efforts for child-care institutions to become reliable and satisfactory ones between parents and teachers through CCTV installation and then, to have an opportunity to raise quality of teacher-child interaction.
