대기전력자동차단 콘센트의 에너지 절감효과에 관한 연구 = A Study on Energy Reduction Effects of Auto Standby Power Cutoff Socket

국문 초록 (Abstract)

화석에너지의 고갈로 세계는 에너지 절약 계획을 수립하고 저탄소 녹색성장을 일으키려는 노력을 해 왔다. 대기전력이라는 자동 소비성 전력을 발생시키는 전자기기에 대해서 국내는 대기전력저감프로그램을 통해 규제를 하고 있으며, 각 세계국가에서도 여러 가지 에너지 절감 정책을 통해 에너지 절약을 실천하고 있다.
우리 정부는 에너지 효율 및 대기전력 저감 제도를 시행해 왔으며 단계적이고 일관적인 정책으로 에너지 절감효과는 꾸준히 증대되고 있다.
신축 건물에 설치되는 콘센트 중 대기전력자동차단콘센트의 30% 의무적인 설치를 통해 소비자가 인지하지 못하고 있는 대기전력 부분을 차단하고 있으며, 이는 국가에 경제적으로 상당한 이익을 가져다주고 있다.
본 연구는 의무적으로 설치되는 대기전력자동차단콘센트의 에너지 절감효과를 통해 대기전력자동차단콘센트의 중요성을 나타내고 있다. 그리고 현재 판매되고 있는 콘센트의 대기전력의 비교분석을 통해 대기전력 차단의 기준 값 강화 및 소비자의 인식의 변화에 동기부여, 그리고 2015년까지 예상되는 에너지 절감 효과를 제시하고 있다. 또한 향후 기술융합을 통한 대기전력자동차단콘센트의 연구 방향에 대하여 제안하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to depletion of fossil energy, the world has established energy saving plan and made efforts to cause low carbon green growth. Electronic devices generating automatic consumption power of standby power have been regulated in Korea through standby power reduction program, and energy saving has been practiced through various kinds of energy saving policy in all countries of the world.
Our government has enforced energy efficiency and standby power reduction system, and energy reduction effect has increased continuously with phase-in and consistent policy.
Standby power has been blocked through 30% compulsory installation of auto standby power cutoff sockets among the sockets installed at new building, which gives considerable economic benefits to the country.
This study demonstrates the importance of auto standby power cutoff socket through energy reduction effects of auto standby power cutoff socket installed compulsorily. And through comparison and analysis of standby power of sockets currently available in the market, this study also presents expected energy reduction effects up to 2015 as well as motivation of change in awareness of consumers and reinforcement of reference value of standby power cutoff. In addition, this study also proposes the future study direction of auto standby power cutoff socket through future technology convergence.
