      This study examined the mediating effects of academic involvement and academic self-efficacy in the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and academic achievement with a sample of college students. Correlational analyses showed that evaluative concerns perfectionism was negatively correlated to academic achievement, academic involvement and academic self-efficacy. But academic involvement was positively correlated with academic achievement. Academic self-efficacy was also positively correlated to academic achievement. The results indicated that the goodness of fitness of proposed model was acceptable. That is, academic involvement and academic self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and academic achievement. Lastly, academic significance, practical implications and future research are discussed.
