    Indoor Environmental Quality(IEQ) impact on the comfortable, health, productivity of occupancy in the building. Thermal comfort was a big factor of comfortable of occupancy. And Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) impact the health of occupancy and office work productivity. The Sick Building Syndrome(SBS) have been increasing because the building envelope was so airtight, the energy cost of HVAC was so increasing. The research will be need for the improvement of IEQ. As an example, the manner as using the indoor plant or vegetation was a good improvement method. And the survey was require for the above research in the 10 office buildings in the winter. This research presented the survey result of Indoor Environmental Quality in the small office in Busan, Korea. The research measure the factors of thermal comfort, IAQ, the illuminance in the real office. As result, the indoor air temperature were 20∼23.5℃, the out door air temperature were 7∼16℃ but the indoor air temperature of two offices were 26, 28℃. The humidity of 9 office were poor. The air movement of all office were under 0.2m/s. The TVOCs, HCHO concentration of all building were under standard. But CO2 concentration of one case office was 3,741ppm, SO2 concentration was 0.203ppm(standard 0.12ppm) because the occupancy operated kerosene burner. In the one case office, CO2 concentration was 536ppm because the 11 of big indoor plants(height 1m) set in the office. In the two offices, O3 concentration was above on standard because the occupancy using OA application. This office require to the zoning or optimum ventilation. In the all office of this survey, the illuminance were 300∼1000lx, solar irradiance were 50∼300W/㎡.
