인지행동적 가족치료이론의 개관- 가족도식 및 가족신념을 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 심리치료의 주요한 흐름은 아마도 치료접근들 간의 활발한 교류와 통합일 것이다. 가족치료에서도 체계모델과 개인치료모델 간의 통합이 모색되고 있는 가운데, 통합의 체계적인 틀로서 제시되고 있는 인지행동적 가족치료가 새로이 주목받고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 인지행동적 가족치료이론의 발달과정을 역사적으로 개관하고, 이론마다 가족문제를 어떻게 개념화하고 개입하는지를 상세하게 고찰하였다. 특히 인지행동적 가족치료이론을 이해하기 위해 제안된 가족도식과 가족신념 개념을 정리하였으며, 이를 가족규칙이나 가족인지와 같은 관련 개념들과 비교하였다. 아울러 부부를 포함한 가족의 인지적 요인이 관계만족과 적응 및 행동 등과 어떠한 관련성을 보이는지를 경험적으로 입증한 국내외 객관적인 연구들을 검토하였다. 이상의 고찰을 바탕으로, 인지행동적 가족치료의 측면에서 가족을 연구하는 데 필요한 향후 과제들을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

One of the recent trends of psychotherapy may be the active interchange and integration among therapeutic approaches. As the integration between system model and individual therapeutic model has been attempted in family therapy, cognitive-behavioral family therapy is newly regarded as an integrative framework. In this article, authors looked into the historical overview of cognitive-behavioral family therapy, and weighed in detail how theories conceptualize and intervene in family problems. Specifically authors reviewed the concept of family schema or family belief that is developed to apply cognitive -behavioral model to family therapy. In addition, authors surveyed empirical studies demonstrating how family cognitions are related to relationship satisfaction, adaptability, and family behaviors. Based on these reviews, future research tasks and directions were suggested.
