부적응적 완벽주의가 우울 증상에 미치는 영향 : 반추와 내적 속박감의 연속매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 하여 부적응적 완벽주의와 우울 증상 간의 관계가 반추와 내적 속박감에 의하여 연속매개 되는지를 검증하였다. 대학생 545명을 대상으로 그들의 부적응적 완벽주의, 반추, 내적 속박감, 그리고 우울 증상을 평가하는 설문지를 작성하였다. 연구 결과, 반추와 내적 속박감은 대학생들의 부적응적 완벽주의와 우울 증상의 관계를 연속매개하였다. 또한 이러한 모형의 모형적합도를 평가한 결과, 완전매개 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 부적응적 완벽주의가 반추와 내적 속박감을 거쳐 우울 증상으로 향하는 순차적인 경로를 검증하여 기존 연구들의 한계를 보완하였다. 또한 부적응적 완벽주의 성향이 높은 대학생들의 우울 예방 및 치료 프로그램에는 과정 변인으로서 반추와 내적 속박감을 다뤄줄 필요가 있음을 제안한다. 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated a relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and depression in college students, focusing on the mediating effect of rumination and internal entrapment. Five hundreds forty five college students completed questionnaires to assess maladaptive perfectionism, rumination, internal entrapment, and depression. Results indicated that rumination and internal entrapment mediated the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and depression. And full-mediation model has better model fit than patial-mediation model. These finding suggests that the intervention for college students with maladaptive perfectionism should focus on mediation variables such as rumination and internal entrapment to prevent and treat depression. Limitations and future directions were discussed.
