지역사회복지서비스 청년사업단 사업의 효과 -인천지역을 중심으로- = The study of public service sector including welfare in management of results and evaluation of satisfaction with service -focused on social service of Incheon-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Ministry of Health and Welfare suggest social service that causes relative losses in people`s mind and it drastically weakens the meaning of family as a solution for poverty. This family crisis brings negative effect on mental, physical growth to achieve growth into whole people. Public service sector including welfare in management of results and evaluation of satisfaction with service expressed high satisfaction in Incheon servant people. After analyzing the results of the study, the following suggestions were made. First, Those people who get the social service has growth of score in many ways. Second, According to a perception of service satisfaction, those who local people answered that this service has to long term with specific system. It is necessary to make the system on social service related education service, guideline in details, and assessment during service in many local. For this, it is imperative to expand concerns and understandings of managers about social services. This is not to get accomplished people working for organization but get accomplished concerns of servant`s division and administrative supports.
