이혼경험자의 인지적 유연성이 역경 후 성장에 미치는 영향: 시간관의 매개효과 = Cognitive Flexibility and Posttraumatic Growth among Divorced Individuals : The Mediating Effects of Time Perspective

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 인지적 유연성과 시간관이 이혼경험자의 역경 후 성장에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이었다. 참여자들은 이혼경험이 있는 성인 114명(남자 38명, 여자 76명)으로, 역경 후 성장 척도, 인지적 유연성 검사, 시간관 척도, 이혼경험 관련 질문지를 작성하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 사용해서 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지적 유연성은 역경 후 성장에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 때 통제보다 대안 하위요인이 역경 후 성장에 더 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시간관이 역경 후 성장에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 때 현재 쾌락 및 미래 지향 시간관이 역경 후 성장에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지적 유연성과 역경 후 성장의 관계에서 현재 쾌락 및 미래 지향 시간관의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 임상 및 상담 장면에서 이혼경험자들이 역경을 극복하고 성장을 이루도록 돕는 데 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
