중학생의 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of middle school students' participation in school sports club competitions on career maturity. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 272 middle school students enrolled in three schools located in Incheon City were selected as subjects for the study. After verifying the reliability and validity of the career maturity questionnaire test tool, 2x2 two-way ANOVA was conducted and analyzed according to the problem of the study using the SPSS 29.0 statistical program. The conclusions of this study derived through this are as follows.
First, middle school students' attitudes toward career and career optimism were significantly different from those who participated in the school sports club competition. Second, there was a significant difference in information search between the middle school students' participation group in the school sports club competition and the non-participation group. Third, middle school students' participation in the school sports club competition and non-participation group showed a significant difference in career exploration preparation behavior. Fourth, the presence or absence of participation in school sports club competitions and gender did not have a statistically significant effect on all sub-factors of career maturity. In future research, it is necessary to conduct research on more diverse and detailed variables such as participation type and duration for all grades.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인천광역시에 위치한 3개교에 재학 중인 중학교 3학년 남, 여학생 272명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 진로성숙도 설문지 검사도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 후 SPSS 29.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 연구의 문제에 맞게 2x2 two-way ANOVA를 실시하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 중학생의 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 집단과 미참여 집단은 진로에 대한 태도, 진로낙관성에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 중학생의 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 집단과 미참여 집단은 정보탐색에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 중학생의 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 집단과 미참여 집단은 진로탐색 준비행동에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 넷째, 학교스포츠클럽 대회 참여 유무와 성별은 진로성숙도의 모든 하위요인에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 향후 연구에서는 모든 학년을 대상으로 참가유형 및 참기기간 등 보다 다양하고 세부적인 변인에 대한 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다.
